The Teacher Initiative, a free program offered by Art Center Waco, empowers educators to integrate visual arts across all subjects.
This program was created to make art accessible to Waco area educators and schools, with a focus on promoting diverse voices and culturally relevant lessons.
Funded by grant, we provide support, enrichment, and training to Waco schools, connecting teachers with local artists, resources, and events.
Our supportive instructors make learning fun and accessible, helping you explore new techniques and express yourself freely. Join us to unwind, meet like-minded people, and surprise yourself with your own artistic potential.
