Large Groups

Hulse Gallery

  • Up to 200 people
  • 2800 square feet, catering kitchen, Brown Sculpture Garden, covered outdoor patio area, Bathroom access,
  • Two Projectors, Speaker Podium, Microphones and stands, sound system, roll up garage doors.
  • Minimum rental 4 hours
  • Available Monday -Saturday 9am – 11pm; Sundays 10am – 5pm
  • Starting at $300 an hour.
small and medium Groups

Madison Cooper Class rooms

  • 20 – 35 people depending on seating configuration
  • equipped with sinks, counter space, a TV, and an audio sound system.
  • Event rentals are for one or both classrooms, separated by a divider which can be opened or closed depending on your needs.
  • The Cooper Classrooms make a great space for classes, meetings, workshops, and Baby or Wedding showers.
  • Minimum rental 3 hours
  • Available Monday –  Saturday 9am – 9pm
  • Starting at $100

Main Gallery

Seating, food and drink are prohibited in the exhibition galleries.

Staffing

Your private rental includes one event staff, complimentary use of tables and chairs (limited number available) and ACW equipment.

Deposit

All rentals require a signed contract and 20% deposit to hold your event date.

Parking

Convenient parking in our private parking lot up to 25 vehicles, 2 accessible parking spot, and complimentary street parking on 8th and 9th streets.
